Film Stock Log
Film Stock Log is a web application for tracking and managing film stock on motion picture productions. Designed for the 1st Assistant Camera, it enables real-time logging of film consumption per shooting day, with cloud synchronization for access from any device.(usernames and passwords for login are admin: 6fHKb$@9iop4 and camera: 9#hIsPebW). Application features:
- ✅ Production & Settings: Enter production details (title, director, DOP, company, lab) and define film stocks with custom colors and codes. Configurable waste limit for automatic Short End calculation.
- ✅ Create days of three types: Shooting, Test and Pre-Shoot. Sort ascending or descending. Each day logs all loaded rolls in detail.
- ✅ Roll Logging Per roll: can type (NR-1000ft, NR-400ft, Short End, Re-Can), roll ID, film stock, loaded footage, exposed footage, waste, short end, magazine number, ECN rating (Pull/Push) and notes. Short end is calculated automatically based on the waste limit.
- ✅ Re-Stock: Log incoming film stock per day (1000ft and 400ft cans per stock type) for a complete picture of available inventory.
- ✅ SE Inventory (Short Ends): Automatic creation and tracking of Short Ends. Each SE has a unique code, records the day it was created and whether it has been used on a subsequent day. Filter by status (available/used) and by film stock.
- ✅ Dashboard Production overview: total rolls, loaded/exposed/short end/waste footage, available cans per film stock with a visual consumption bar.
- ✅ Production Report: Detailed day-by-day report with the ability to select specific days. Shows consumption, stock levels and Short Ends per film type. Print-ready in A4 landscape.
- ✅ Restock Report: Summary of all incoming film stock by day and by stock type.
- ✅ Print: All pages are print-optimized for A4 landscape, with an automatic header including production details.
- ✅ Cloud Sync: Automatic synchronization via Supabase. Data is available from any device and browser in real time.
- ✅ User System: Two access levels: Admin (full access, edit, delete) and Camera (view and add rolls only). Login is protected by a lockout after repeated failed attempts.
- ✅ Themes: Three display themes: Dark, Light and Medium.
- ✅ Mobile-friendly: Fully responsive with sidebar navigation for phones and tablets.
